Instead of a room with a garden and pool view, I was given a room without a view. I had to discuss the issue with the front desk manager.

The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge

Völlig überfordertes Servicepersonal. Bei 17 Etagen funktionierten nur zei Fahrstühle. Der dritte war defekt. Pappteller und Pappbecher im Restaurant.

Als only bed Gäste kann ich die Gastronomie und Service nicht beurteilen. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer mit Balkon und Badewanne, groß genug für uns beide. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Man darf nicht vergessen das Februar keine Saison ist.

In der zweiten Woche unsere RSD-Reise kamen wir uns RP! Die Zimmer ab Etage 7 sind renoviert und in meinen Augen wirklich toll! Das animations Team war auch gut bemüht alle Gäste abzuholen! Die Hauptbar mit Petrus als Barkeeper und seiner Crew waren 1A!
